A Special Invitation to Holy Cross Lutheran Church

Holy Cross will be worshiping together with Calvary Cranford as part of their Juneteenth Celebration. We will not be worshiping at 9AM

On Sunday, June 19 at 10:15am Calvary Lutheran Church

will hold a special Juneteenth Worship Service.

We will focus on what this African American holiday means

in liturgy and song.

Our special speaker will be Dr. LaMont Rouse.

Dr. Rouse is the Assistant Director of Assessment &

Accreditation at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ).

He is a member of Cross of Glory Lutheran Church in

Aberdeen and our Bishop's Challenge Team, NJ Synod.

After the service, our Anti-Racism team invites everyone to a

brunch - featuring a menu of Ribs, Baked Chicken, Green

Beans, Corn Bread, Pineapple Upside Down Cake, and

Sweet Potato Pie. We warmly invite the Holy Cross family to join us for this

special time of celebration and fellowship.
