Holy Cross Food Ministry Thanks EV Walton School for Food Donations

Holy Cross Lutheran Church would like to thank the students, PTA, parents and staff of the Edward V. Walton School.  The program volunteers are so grateful for the hundreds of  food items that were donated to Holy Cross Lutheran Church’s Food Ministry through their annual food drive. Because of the hard work, effort and generosity of all at the school, more than 30 local families and senior citizens are experiencing less stress and more comfort in knowing their community cares about them.  It’s nice for us all in Springfield to know that we have such caring neighbors!
